Our names are Manny and Ashley. We are a High-End Photo and Video Team based in Orlando, FL. Connection is a huge part of our company. We strive to make sure we are a good fit with the couples we work with, and for those whom we choose to work with us capturing candid, intimate and authentic moments on a wedding day.

Our goal as a company is to provide a foundation of empathy and professionalism when we work with our couples, as well as create stunning work that leaves everyone feeling stoked to work the next wedding.

DO YOU CURRENTLY FREELANCE?

We are looking for individuals who are highly motivated, creating their own body of work. Perhaps you’re already photographing or filming your own weddings! We are looking for those who are willing to learn about different scenarios on a wedding day, and want to learn more about the positions available in this industry.

We are a huge supporter of individuals creating their own business and thriving in it, so this position is contracted out when the opportunity arises.

We are offering an opportunity to get your hands dirty and learn tips and tricks that you can take into your own business.

In addition to being paid to train/work with us, we are open books and love sharing the knowledge we’ve gained from running a 6- Figure Wedding Business while maintaining a successful track record of satisfied couples and subcontractors that work with us. No long term commitment needed if thats not what you want.

 

General Qualifications:

  • Good Communicator

  • Highly Organized

  • Your own RELIABLE transportation

  • At least 1-2 years experience in video/photo/set production (where applicable)

  • Calm under pressure

  • Experience leading a team of 2-4 people in video/wedding scenarios (where applicable)

  • Able to ‘get the shot’ whilst maintaining a pleasant and professional demeanor (where applicable)

  • Willing to listen to and consistently apply constructive feedback to improve professionally

  • Currently have experience working at least 10+ weddings
