Our intimate and intentional approach to photo and video allows us to capture unscripted, genuine moments that are authentic to each couple. We capture what it feels like, not what it looks like.

We describe our shooting style as: Photojournalistic, Editorial, and Cinematic.
Our ability to help you master your posture while in front of our lens, gives you the confidence and freedom to showcase your true selves, both inside and out. But our role goes beyond this expertise. Drawing from our background in Commercial Film Making, we also serve as your artistic guides. Directing and shaping the interactions between couples, breathes life into YOUR unique individuality and celebrate the captivating love that you’ve worked so hard to grow and maintain.

Our moment-driven images are edited in a style that we describe as natural, shadow embracing, and filmic with a focus on enhancing earthy tones.
We’re not fully “light and airy”, but we’re also not “dark and moody” either, we like to keep colors and lighting true to what it actually is on your wedding day, just enhancing what’s there.

Regardless of who on our team captures your photos, we handle and oversee all the editing and final delivery of your memories, and that's a job that we do not take lightly.

At the core of our service is the art of creating a sense of calm and presence for couples on their wedding day. To accomplish this, we’ve developed a unique mixture of taking the lead when necessary, but also being “flies on the wall” allowing moments to unfold naturally, with all the emotions that come along with them.

Wedding celebrations, often filled with family and traditions, can become hectic. That's where we like to step in to ensure that being in front of our lens feels effortless. Our team brings a wealth of knowledge in posing and prompting, seamlessly merging it with the essence of empowerment to instill a deep sense of confidence in each couple.

Posing, to us, is the foundation upon which authentic interactions can be built. Prompts are what allow you to genuinely interact with your partner, your family, your friends; in those interactions are the moments we’re looking to capture.

Short answer: Yes!
Long answer: After being involved in hundreds of weddings over the years, we’ve expertly curated our packages to fit the majority of couples needs; so usually we don’t need to adjust much. However, we want you to have what you need on your wedding day, not more, not less. So we’re happy to customize any package to fit your needs, just let us know what you want!

We do not want to completely copy another photographer or videographers work; however, we love to see your Pinterest boards or saved photos! Those inspiration images help us to understand what you’re drawn to, and the vibe that you’re envisioning for your session. We want you to be happy, so if you love the idea of a certain photo, or you’re looking for something specific for your invitations, we’re happy to accommodate!

It depends on the package booked! We do our best to always bring an assistant with us, it allows us to focus SOLELY on photographing/filming.

With 1 Photographer and 1 Videographer, it will be a team of 3.

With 2 Photographers and 2 Videographers, it would be a team of 5.

Depending on the package selected, you can expect final delivery of your memories anywhere from 3-12 weeks after your wedding!

It varies per hour. We average between 50-100 final images PER HOUR of photographing. Sometimes it’s more than that though!

Absolutely! We are licensed and insured, and can provide a standard Certificate of Insurance for your venue.

If your venue requires specific coverage, or requires to be listed as additionally insured, we can do that too!

Step 1: Fill out the contact form, and schedule a consultation!

Step 2: After determining that we’d be a good fit to work together, we’ll go through the packages and choose your perfect package.

Step 3: You’ll receive a proposal, which includes your package details, payment plan, and contract. You’ll need to review, and sign the contract.

Step 4: Pay the deposit of $1,000 to lock in our team for your wedding date!

Step 5: CELEBRATE!! You’ve booked your dream photo and video team, and crossed a huge item off your to do list!

Heck yeah we do! Our gear is brought in from the car as soon as we get home, and stored in a safe place. Everything is then put on to multiple hard drives, ensuring that your memories are safe, even if the unthinkable happens.

Our associate team is a group of trained professionals who work under our company, Iz and Liv Films. Our associates are skilled in capturing weddings (have been doing so for YEARS), and have been trained to maintain and deliver the same experience, quality of work, and style that we’ve developed.

Manny and myself (Ashley) still handle all the details leading up to the wedding day, and all the editing and final delivery of your memories! This ensures that our associates deliver a consistent and high-quality service, capturing the essence of your wedding day, and the authenticity of your relationship.

Our Associate team is an extension of our wedding photography and videography journey, which started six years ago with our first wedding, and has since grown beyond our initial expectations.

The expansion of our team enables us to share the Iz and Liv Films Experience with even more couples. Which gives us the ability to curate these heartfelt and enriching experiences, that have always been at the core of our work, to even more couples.

Our teams collective interests revolve around creativity, education, and establishing meaningful connections with others.

Each associate is highly talented, and creates stunning works of art on their own. After applying to be an associate with our company, they’ve each gone through an extensive interview and onboarding process, and receive continuous training to be able to deliver our Iz and Liv Films Experience to all couples who book with us.

Manny and myself (Ashley) have significantly limited the number of weddings we take on each year. We’re passionate about providing an all inclusive experience for couples who book with us. We hold your hand through the whole process, and include additional consultations where we discuss potential pain points, mental health, and co-create all the lists and timelines that are needed to ensure that your day runs smoothly.

Working with our associates is not quite so hands on. You’re gifted hand-crafted guides that walk you through the process of creating your own lists, you get to meet your associate before working with them via Zoom AND an Engagement session, and you still receive a custom timeline. You also still get the full Iz and Liv Films experience on your wedding day, and our style of shooting and editing!

Due to these differences, working with our associates is a better option for couples who:
- Are more budget conscious
- Love to plan
- Want a photo/video team who’s organized and efficient, and can deliver an incredible experience with a High Quality product!

You absolutely can! We can’t guarantee they’ll be available, yet we are completely confident that no matter who is there on your wedding day, you’ll have the Iz and Liv Films experience, and get high quality authentic photos and film.

We prioritize two key factors when selecting the right person for your wedding: availability and personality. We believe all our associates can capture your day exquisitely. During our consultation, I learn about your personality and preferences. If I think a specific associate would be a great match for you, I'll reach out to them first to ensure the perfect match.

We require creative control be left to the editor when choosing music. We understand you want the perfect music for your Wedding Film. We do too!

To make sure you’re fully satisfied with our music choice, we ask that you fill out a Music Questionnaire a couple weeks before your wedding. That questionnaire asks for your preferences, music genres you hate, and gives you a chance to list as many inspiration songs as you’d like!

When editing, we use YOUR preferences, and expertly choose music that is going to intentionally tell your unique story. We’re confident that you’ll love it!

Our team uses multiple filming techniques on a wedding day in order to capture your moments in the best way possible. We utilize handheld filming, weighted stabilizers, tripods, and occasionally gimbals to achieve the Photojournalistic, Editorial, and Cinematic style.

We do not guarantee a minimum or maximum length of time for our films! Why?

Our films are intentional, emotional, and impactful. If we’re trying to meet a minimum or maximum time requirement, then the artistic choice is taken away. We might be forced to have a long clip in the video that takes the emotion out of the moment; and no one wants less emotion in their wedding film!

On AVERAGE, we have 30-60 seconds of FINAL footage, per hour of filming.

A highlight film is just that, the highlights of your wedding day! Every single moment and detail will not make it into your final highlight film; if EVERYTHING made it into the final film, it wouldn’t be as impactful or emotional.

Because of that, some packages offer additional full videos of the following moments:
- Ceremony
- Toasts/Speeches
- Private Vows/Letters

Absolutely we do! Up to 60 miles of travel is included in each package, no matter what. That covers pretty much all of the Central Florida Areas.

We also travel farther than that! We’ve had weddings in Arizona, the Dominican Republic, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Georgia.

The travel fee will depend on where and when your wedding is taking place.

Prior to our consultation, we will research, and find the safest and most cost effective way to travel, whether by driving or by plane. That travel fee will be included in your proposal, so there’s no hidden fees later!
